Terms & Conditions

Pricing

All prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) and do not include any handling, postage or freight charges. All prices include GST unless otherwise stated.

Colours

Colours, styles or patterns may change from one season to the next – Cedar Lodge will not be held accountable on rug patterns that change from one season to the next. If concerned contact us before purchasing.   

Payment

Payment for Online Shopper will only be processed when the order has been completed.

Postage, Handling, Freight and Delivery

  • Delivery is by Australia Post eParcel unless otherwise requested (other Delivery Methods will be at your expense).

Delivery Time-Frame

Custom made orders can take 1-2 weeks and in peak periods even longer – if you need your order by a specific date then please let us know.  Products other than Cedar Lodge custom made may need to be ordered in and then dispatched this usually takes around 1 week to us ordering and receiving. 

Pick up is available from our premises, but a suitable time must be arranged.

Return for Refund or Exchange

If you need to return goods to us, please contact us by phone or email to obtain a Returns Authorisation within 14 days of receipt of your goods. The contact email sales@cedarlodgeproducts.com or phone number is 03 5968 9672.

We will gladly refund your purchase if the product supplied is faulty and we are unable to repair or find a replacement. Any refund we provide will be made using the same payment method as used to purchase the goods.

Goods damaged in transit or due to faulty manufacture should be returned for our inspection. Replacement goods cannot be sent until we have received the returned goods. We will refund any postage costs incurred in returning faulty goods.

Exchange

We ask that you choose carefully. Exchanges for different sizes will be considered, however not all colours and/or sizes may be available and any postage costs will be at your expense. In addition, Cedar Lodge Equine Products reserves the right to charge a handling fee.

We will only accept returns for exchange when the goods are in unused condition, with all tags and labels attached.

We do not accept goods returned on a COD basis – these will be returned to you.

We do not accept any responsibility for goods lost in return transit.

Non-Returnable Items

Items which can be viewed or read will not be returned unless they are deemed to be defective. Clothes and rugs can only be returned if found to be defective prior to wear or washing.

Defective Items

Cedar Lodge Equine Products will exchange, refund or replace any item which has been purchased at full price from its Online Shopper, which has later been determined to be defective by way of manufacturer.

Any goods purchased at a reduced price and found defective, will not be returned, exchanged or replaced provided the defect was disclosed at the time of purchase.

Any goods purchased at a reduced price cannot be returned, exchanged or replaced simply because you have changed your mind.
